Consultation FAQ

"How do I join the meeting?"

1. After booking, check your email for the invitation, and click on the big blue button that says "Join with Google Meet".
2. Once prompted, please allow camera, and microphone permissions so we can conduct the consultation.
3. Once prompted, click "Ask to join", and when the consultation's time arrives, Rondell at ATC Lawn Care will let you in.

"Do I need to prepare anything before the meeting?"

Nope. Just let us know about what services you need, and show us anything necessary with your camera!

"How long will the consultation take?"

We understand that your time is valuable. This is only a brief, initial consultation to discuss your needs, and will last about 10-30 minutes depending on what you need.

"Will you visit my property in person at any point?"

Depending on the services that you need, it may or may not be needed to schedule an in-person follow up. Most services like Lawn Mowing can be quickly discussed through the consultation, and be directly booked without anymore evaluation.

"What happens after the consultation?"

After we've discussed what your needs are, we'll either set up a time to meet in person for further consultation, or move right on forward with working on your property.

"Is there an obligation to book services after the consultation?"

No. This is solely a quick, free consultation to see if it would be ideal to work together!
